Steve Black has joined Livonia, Michigan-based Schostak Brothers & Company as acquisitions manager.
Black brings more than 30 years experience to his new position, including experience with land, office, industrial, retail, seniors housing and marinas.
Before joining Schostak Brothers & Company, Black led bank-closing teams for the FDIC. He also worked as director of acquisitions for Phillips Edison & Company.
