Southfield, Michigan-based Signature Associates has added two new team members to its roster.
Scott Elliott comes to Signature with experience in office landlord and tenant representation. He has also has experience in corporate serivces. Prior to joining Signature, Elliott was a senior managing director at Newmark Knight Frank.
Jeff Lemanski joines the Signature team with a focus on industrial brokerage in the western Oakland and Wayne county markets. His previous experience includes 14 years at Newmark Knight Frank, where he was a managing director. Lemanski has been recognized several times as a top-producing industrial broker and a Service Excellence award winner in the Midwest.
