Rochester Hills, Mich.-based Spalding DeDecker Associates, Inc., a regional civil engineering, landscape architectural and surveying firm, recently named its 2012 board of directors.
Steve Benedettini, Beth Coyle, Catherine DeDecker, Cheryl Gregory Christopher Robbins, George Platz and Thomas Sovel are the board members.
Platz was also named chairman of the board, while Benedettini was named president and chief financial officer.
Benedettini will be responsible for administrative operations and overall day-to-day management of the corporation.
Since joining Spalding DeDecker Associates in 1999, Benedettini has served as the company’s financial manager, overseeing the accounting and finance functions of the business.
