Andrea Hauger of Owen Wagener & Co. represented ownership in the leasing of a 19,400-square-foot industrial building at 1185 Atlantic Drive in West Chicago to MicroPlastics Inc.
MicroPlastics is an insert molding company serving automotive, computer, appliance, telecommunications, medical and electronics customers.
The company leased the free-standing industrial building with office and showroom, storage space, two Interior docks and two drive-in doors to accommodate their growth. MicroPlastics also operates within a 50,000-square-foot facility in St. Charles. Their advanced injection molding machines produce thousands of insert molded components three shifts a day. They were represented by Michael Marconi of Lee and Associates in the transaction.
