Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s investment sales team recently brokered the sale of Crossroads Centre in Fairview Heights, IL. The 242,752-square-foot center was purchased by Ramapo, NY-based Northeast Capital Group for $14,650,000.
Crossroads Centre is located at the southwest corner of Lincoln Highway and Illinois Street in Fairview Heights, within the St. Louis metro area. This community shopping center is anchored by Ruler Foods, TJ Maxx, Big lots, Dollar Tree and Sky Zone.
Mid-America Real Estate Corporation principals Rick Drogosz and Ben Wineman were the exclusive brokers in the transaction on behalf of the seller, New York-based Brixmor.
