Mid-America Asset Management Inc. recently secured two leases, totaling more than 32,500 square feet, at Cadwell’s Corners in Deerfield.
Fresh Thyme Farmers Market signed a 30,784-square-foot lease and is expected to open as an anchor tenant in summer 2014. This is Fresh Thyme’s second location in Chicago. The gourmet grocery store’s first location in this market is expected to open in Mt. Prospect in early 2014.
Studio A Salon signed a lease for a new 1,729-square-foot space and is expected to open in early 2014. This is the second location for the full service salon, which currently operates a location in downtown Glenview.
Cadwell’s Corners is located at the northeast corner of Waukegan and Lake Cook roads in Deerfield. The 79,774-square-foot center will be anchored by Fresh Thyme Farmers Market. Other tenants include Calico Corners and Chicago Home Fitness. Mid-America Principal Richard Spinell, Vice President Jaime Platt Bertsche and Leasing Representative Maria Rossobillo represented the landlord in the transactions. Fresh Thyme Farmers Market was represented by Andy Robbins and Al Rodenbostel of ARCORE Real Estate Group. Studio A Salon was self-represented.
