Roche Bobois Paris, speicalizing in furniture design and distribution, has signed a 4,702-square-foot lease at The Shoppes at Estelle, a new retail development at 6950 France Avenue in Edina, Minnesota.
Roche Bobois offers a range of made-to-order designs. This will be the retailer’s first location in Minnesota.
Luigi Bernardi, president of Edina-based Aurora Investments and Arcadia LLC, purchased the one-acre property in 2017 and is planning to break ground this fall with a targeted completion date of Spring or Summer 2020. The multi-tenant building is located directly across the street from the Galleria Edina shopping center and just southwest from Southdale Center and the new Restoration Hardware.
Roche Bobois Paris joins area retailers Williams Sonoma, Restoration Hardware, Pottery Barn, Tiffany & Co., Louis Vuitton, Design Within Reach, Ethan Allen, Whole Foods, Lunds & Byerly’s and more.
Mid-America Real Estate – Minnesota, LLC Leasing Specialist, Jack Trautz, represented the landlord, while Zack Gross and Stephen Greenberg, of The Greenberg Group represented the tenant.
