Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s Investment Sales Group brokered the successful sale of a four-property shopping center portfolio totaling over 714,000 square feet of retail space across Michigan, Wisconsin, and Alabama.
The portfolio was sold by Atlanta, GA based RCG Ventures and acquired by Beaumont, TX based Albanese Cormier.
McGowin Park – Mobile, AL
374,881 SF, 98% leased regional center anchored by Dick’s House of Sport, Best Buy, Hobby Lobby, Ross, Petco, and Old Navy, and shadow anchored by Costco, Top Golf, Dave & Buster’s.
Bison Hollow Shopping Center – Traverse City, MI
134,798 SF regional center 100% leased to Kohl’s, TJ Maxx, and Michaels.
Oak Brook Square – Flint, MI
152,073 SF, 97% leased regional center anchored TJ Maxx, Hobby Lobby, Five Below, Dollar Tree, along with national tenants such as Skechers, Bath & Body Works and Buffalo Wild Wings.
Dick’s Sporting Goods & PetSmart Center – Oshkosh, WI
A 52,302 SF two-tenant building 100% occupied by Dick’s Sporting Goods and PetSmart.
