Mid-America Group helps retailers find new homes in Wisconsin

Mid-America Real Estate – Wisconsin closed several recent transactions.

F45 leased 3,924 square feet at Sendik’s Towne Centre at 18985 W. Capitol Drive in Brookfield, Wisconsin. David Baker and Scott Satula represented the landlord in this transaction.

Verizon Wireless leased 4,370 square feet at the Hatchery Hill Towne Center retal center at 2990 Cahill Maine in Fitchburg, Wisconsin. Mid-America’s Matt Chappell represented the landlord in this deal.

Lash Lounge leased 1,274 square feet at The Corners retal center at Bluemound Road and Barker Road in Brookfield, Wisconsin. Teresa Shemitis and Dan Rosenfeld with Mid-America represented the landlord.

AT&T leased 2,636 square feet at the Marshall Building at 250 N. Water St. in Milwaukee. Max Jacobson and Adam Dreier represented the tenant.
