Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s investment sales team recently brokered the sale of 1206–1212 N. State Street in Chicago. The 10,000-square-foot building was purchased by Chicago-based Newcastle Limited for $10 million.
Located in Chicago’s Gold Coast neighborhood, 1206–1212 N. State Street features a 10,416-square-foot development site that has been owned by a private family trust for more than 100 years. Mid-America Real Estate Corporation principals Joe Girardi and Stan Nitzberg and associate Emily Dutson were the exclusive brokers in the transaction on behalf of the private seller.
