Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s investment sales team recently brokered the sale of 118-120 E. Oak Street in Chicago’s Gold Coast. The 10,141-square-foot center was purchased by Chicago-based L3 Capital for $23 million.
118-120 E. Oak Street is located along Chicago’s prominent Oak Street luxury district. This iconic, trophy-quality retail building is occupied by The Northern Trust Corporation. Mid-America Real Estate Corporation principals Joe Girardi and Stan Nitzberg were the exclusive brokers in the transaction on behalf of a private seller.
