Mid-America Real Estate Corporation‘s Investment Sales team recently brokered the sale of Gateway Square in Hinsdale, Ill. The 39,710-square-foot center was purchased for $10 million, excluding closing costs and adjustments, by Buffalo Grove, Ill.-based C P Management, LLC.
Gateway Square is located just south of the southeast corner of Ogden Avenue and York Road in Hinsdale, one of the most affluent western suburbs of Chicago. The specialty center features tenants including Calico Corners, Kumon, Fox’s on York, Egg Harbor Café, and many more.
Rick Drogosz and Joe Girardi of Mid-America Real Estate Corporation were the exclusive brokers in the transaction on behalf of the seller, Oak Brook, Ill.-based Inland Real Estate Corporation.
