Mid-America Real Estate Corporation‘s investment sales team recently brokered the sale of Glen Gate Shopping Center in Glenview, Illinois. A state pension fund client of Chicago-based LaSalle Investment Management purchased the 102,879-square-foot grocery-anchored center for $50 million.
Glen Gate Shopping Center is anchored by Mariano’s and features several retailers including Jason’s Deli, Go Rama, For Eyes, Sport Clips, Glenview Bank & Trust and The Learning Express.
