Topgolf will soon open its first metropolitan Detroit location. Featuring a driving range and entertainment complex, this $12.5 million dollar, 65,000-plus-square-foot facility is slated to open in the winter of 2018.
Mid-America Real Estate – Michigan Principal Jack Uhazie and Vice President Susan Acciaioli represented Topgolf in the transaction.
The site is located at the southwest corner of I-75 and Joslyn Road in the Auburn Hills entertainment district. Guests at Topgolf can enjoy point-scoring golf games using microchipped balls that score themselves. Additionally, the three-level complex will feature 3,000 square feet of private event space and 102 climate-controlled hitting bays.
