Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s investment sales team recently brokered the sale of the 136,398-square-foot Asbury Plaza located in Dubuque, Iowa. The center was purchased by a private investment company for $12 million.
Asbury Plaza is located at the northwest quadrant of County Road-32 and Asbury Road in Dubuque. The community shopping center features national anchor retailers including Michaels, Bed Bath & Beyond and Petco, and is shadow-anchored by Hy-Vee Grocery Store, Kohl’s and AMC Theater.
