Centennial Place Shops is leased to an attractive mix of tenants, including Summit Credit Union, Domino’s Pizza, GNC, Great Clips, Chubby’s Cheesesteaks, and T-Mobile. The center is situated at the intersection of Lincoln Avenue and Miller Park Way, two primary thoroughfares that see combined traffic counts of more than 48,100 vehicles per day. The offering is located less than four miles southwest of Downtown Milwaukee and features more than 212,500 residents within a three-mile radius.

The center was acquired by a Public REIT.
