Mid-America Real Estate Corp.’s Investment Sales Group recently brokered the sale of Baker Hill Center in Chicago’s west suburbs to Cincinnati-based Phillips Edison-ARC for $21.6 million. The seller was Jacksonville, Fla.-based Regency Centers Corp., a publicly traded REIT.
Baker Hill Center, located in Glen Ellyn, is a 135,355-square-foot grocery-anchored neighborhood shopping center anchored by Dominick’s and complemented by retailers such as Cardinal Fitness, Gymboree, American Mattress, Learning Express, Sola Salon Studios and Jimmy John’s.
