Mid-America Real Estate Corporation‘s investment sales team recently brokered the sale of the 86,891-square-foot Meridian Towne Centre retail center located in Okemos, Mich., for $11 million.
The shopping center was bought by a private real estate investment firm.
Meridian Towne Centre is located on the northeast corner of Marsh Road and West Grand River Avenue, and features a strong-credit line-up of national retailers including Marshalls, Five Below, Ulta, David’s Bridal, Fed Ex, Sally Beauty Supply and Stride Rite. The center is shadow anchored by Target and Kroger.
Joe Girardi and Ben Wineman of Mid-America Real Estate Corporation and Daniel Stern of Mid-America Real Estate –Michigan Inc. were the exclusive brokers in the transaction on behalf of the seller, Viking Partners.
