Mid-America Real Estate closes several deals in Wisconsin

Brokers with Mid-America Real Estate – Wisconsin recently closed several transactions.

Starbucks leased 2,200 square feet at 485 Wright Road in Johnson Creek, Wisconsin. Mid-America’s Tony Colvin represented the tenant in this transaction.

Big Frog Custom T-Shirts leased 1,896 square feet at Mequon Pavilions at 10930 N. Port Washington Road in Mequon, Wisconsin. Scott Satula represented the landlord.

AT&T leased 2,100 square feet at Marinette Commons, 2910 Roosevelt Road in Marinette, Wisconsin. Satula again represented the landlord in this transaction, while Max Jacobson and Adam Dreier with Mid-America represented the tenant.

Sheboygan Retail, LLC purchased .95 acres at 3265 and 3302 Superior Ave. in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. Mid-America’s Joe Kleiman represented the buyer in this deal.

Keller Williams Realty leased 6,714 square feet at Hartland Riverwalk at 200 E. Capitol Drive in Hartland, Wisconsin. Fred Stalle represented the tenant with this transaction.
