Tony Colvin represented the buyer, Jacques Holdings, in its purchase of 555-567 N. Casoloma Drive, in Grand Chute, Wisconsin. Colvin again represented the buyer – this time PBJC Holdings – in its purchase of .71 acres of land at 200 Keenan Court in Verona, Wisconsin.
Lumber Liquidators leased 10,951 square feet at Trasino Centre at 175-1920 N. Cassoloma Drive in Grand Chute. Mid-America’s Scott Satula and Dan Rosenfeld represented the landlord in this deal.
And Harbor Freight Tools renewed its 14,160-square-foot lease at the Whitnall Square retail center at 4698 S. Whitnall Ave. in St. Francis, Wisconsin. Satula and Rosenfeld again represented the landlord.
