Mid-America Real Estate Corporation has promoted its Net Lease Investment Sales Director, Wes Koontz, to a vice president at the firm.
Koontz was originally with the company on the tenant representation team from 2002-2005, and has been back with Mid-America for the past three years. He has more than 16 years of experience in the industry.
He is a graduate of Bucknell University and is also an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
