Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s investment sales team recently brokered the sale of Harbor Town Center located in Manitowoc, Wisconsin.
The 138,739-square-foot center was acquired by Phoenix-based American Realty Capital Properties on behalf of Cole Credit Property Trust IV, Inc. for $18.45 million.
Harbor Town Center is located at the northeast corner of Rapids Road and Calumet Avenue in Manitowoc. The center is anchored by Kohl’s and features tenants MC Sports, Petco and Aspen Dental.
Rick Drogosz of Mid-America Real Estate Corporation in cooperation with Dan Cohen of Mid-America Real Estate – Wisconsin LLC were the exclusive brokers in the transaction on behalf of the seller, Green Bay, Wisc.-based Commercial Horizons.
