Wind Point Shopping Center is 98.7% leased to a strong array of retail category leaders including Aldi, Kohl’s, Hobby Lobby, Harbor Freight Tools, OfficeMax, HobbyTown, Picked!, PetLand, and AT&T. The center is positioned on the primary retail corridor of Randall Road, and serves the surrounding affluent communities of Batavia, Geneva, and St. Charles.
Mid-America Real Estate Corporation Principal Ben Wineman and Vice President Emily Gadomski served as the exclusive listing brokers on behalf of the seller, nationally active but New Orleans, LA based PMAT Real Estate Investments. The center was acquired by Fayetteville, AR based Core Equity Partners.
