Mid-America Real Estate Corporation brokers sale of grocery-anchored retail center in Chicago

Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s Investment Sales Group brokered the sale of 3030 N. Broadway, a grocery-anchored center serving the affluent Chicago Neighborhoods of Lakeview and Lincoln Park.

3030 North Broadway features best-in-class tenants anchored by a strong performing Mariano’s (Kroger) and a new Club Studio (LA Fitness), along with PNC, Starbucks, and Fresh Dental. The 5-story, 131,748 square foot center is ideally located along Broadway Street between Wellington and Barry Avenues, and serves one of the strongest urban demographic profiles in the Midwest with 91,000 residents in a one-mile radius with average household incomes of $155,000.

Mid-America Real Estate Corporation Principals Ben Wineman and Joe Girardi served as the exclusive listing brokers on behalf of the seller, SITE Centers, and the center was acquired by L3 Capital.
