Mid-America Real Estate Corporation‘s investment sales team recently brokered the sale of the 110,769-square-foot The Shoppes on South Main located in Bowling Green, Ohio.
The center was purchased by Phoenix-based Cole Real Estate Investments, Inc.
The Shoppes on South Main is located at the southeast corner of South Main Street (State Route 25) and Gypsy Lane in Bowling Green. The community shopping center features anchor tenants TJ Maxx, Staples, Petco and Dollar General. The center is shadow-anchored by Home Depot and sits across the street from a Walmart Supercenter.
Ben Wineman and Carly Gallagher of Mid-America Real Estate Corporation in cooperation with Greg Slyman of Kelly & Visconsi Associates, LLC were the exclusive brokers in the transaction on behalf of the seller, Cleveland-based Chase Properties.
