Mid-America Real Estate Corporation‘s investment sales team recently brokered the sale of the 112,300-square-foot South Oaks Plaza located in St. Louis for $9.5 million on behalf of the seller. The grocery-anchored community center was purchased by Cincinnati-based Phillips Edison – ARC Shopping Center REIT Inc.
South Oaks Plaza is located on the northwest corner of South Lindbergh Boulevard and Mueller Road, and is anchored by Shop ‘n Save with other retailers including Walgreens and Michaels.
Ben Wineman of Mid-America Real Estate Corporation in conjunction with Scott Seyfried of St. Louis-based Pace Properties were the exclusive brokers in the transaction on behalf of the seller, a private investment group based in St. Louis.
