In addition to Metro Market, the center features Staples, Woodcraft, Buffalo Wild Wings, Starbucks, Jimmy John’s, Verizon, and other high performing tenants. The subject offering caters to the Madison MSA’s desirable surrounding demographics, which features an affluent, densely populated residential market of more than 159,900 residents within five miles and a corresponding average household income of $83,900.
