Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s investment sales team recently acted as the exclusive broker for the sale of Quincy Plaza in Ottumwa, Iowa.
The 137,389-square-foot center was purchased by Beaumont, Texas-based Albanese Cormier Holdings for $5.5 million.
Quincy Plaza is located at the southwest corner of US Route 34 and North Quincy Avenue in Ottumwa. The center is anchored by Hobby Lobby, Famous Footwear and Rent-A-Center.
Mid-America Real Estate Corporation principal Ben Wineman and investment broker Carly Gallagher were the exclusive brokers in the transaction on behalf of a fund managed by Cincinnati-based Phillips Edison. The buyer was represented by Eric Wohl at Hanley Investment Group.
