Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s investment sales team recently brokered the sale of Buttermilk Towne Center in Crescent Springs, Ken., a community in the Cincinnati market.

The 277,533-square-foot center was purchased by Farmington Hills, Mich.-based Ramco-Gershenson Properties Trust for $42 million.

Buttermilk Towne Center is located at the northeast quadrant of Interstate 71/75 and Buttermilk Pike (State Route 371). The center is anchored by Home Depot, Remke Markets, Field & Stream (Dick’s Sporting Goods, Inc.), and LA Fitness, and is complemented by a line-up of national and regional retailers including PNC Bank, FedEx Office, Palm Beach Tan, Firehouse Subs, Marcos’ Pizza and sweetFrog Yogurt.

Ben Wineman and Rick Drogosz of Mid-America Real Estate Corporation were the exclusive brokers in the transaction on behalf of the seller, an affiliate of Pepper Pike, Ohio-based Visconsi Companies, Ltd.
