Mid-America Real Estate Corporation‘s Investment Sales team recently brokered the sale of Village Square Shopping Center in Bradley, Illinois. A private California-based buyer purchased the 85,002-square-foot center.
Village Square Shopping Center is located at the northwest corner of Illinois Route 50 and East North Street. The center is leased to a diverse mix of both national and local retailers including Jo-Ann Fabrics, Dollar Tree, Premier Rental, Advance America and Carquest.
Carly Gallagher and Ben Wineman of Mid-America Real Estate Corporation were the exclusive brokers in the transaction on behalf of the seller.
