Mid-America Real Estate Corporation sells 100,000-square-foot retail center in St. Louis market

Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s investment sales team recently brokered the sale of Fenton Plaza in Fenton, Mo.

The 100,420-square-foot community center was purchased by St. Louis-based Sansone Group for $10.3 million.

Fenton Plaza is located at the southeast corner of Highway 141 and Gravois Road in the southwest suburbs of St. Louis in Fenton. The center is anchored by Aldi and Family Dollar, and complemented by tenants including Edward Jones, Payless ShoeSource, RadioShack, Advance Auto Parts, Springleaf Financial and The Little Gym.

Ben Wineman and Matt Gorge of Mid-America Real Estate Corporation in cooperation with Mid-America Real Estate – Missouri LLC were the exclusive brokers in the transaction on behalf of the seller, Beachwood, Ohio-based DDR Corp.
