Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s Investment Sales team recently brokered the sale of Crossroads Towne Center in Howell, Michigan, a city in the Detroit market.
The grocery-anchored center was purchased by Cincinnati-based Phillips Edison.
Crossroads is located at the northwest quadrant of Highland and Oak Grove Roads in Howell. The 102,275-square-foot center is anchored by Kroger.
Joe Girardi of Mid-America Real Estate Corporation in cooperation with Daniel Stern of Mid-America Real Estate – Michigan Inc. were the exclusive brokers in the transaction on behalf of Cincinnati-based Viking Partners.
