Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s investment sales team recently brokered the sale of Shadeland Station retail center in Indianapolis. The 104,906-square-foot grocery-anchored shopping center was purchased by New York-based Time Equities.
Shadeland Station is located at the southeast corner of 75th Street and Shadeland Avenue in Indianapolis. The center is anchored by Marsh Supermarkets and Dollar Tree.
Joe Girardi and Rick Drogosz of Mid-America Real Estate Corporation in cooperation with Mid-America Real Estate – Indiana LLC were the exclusive brokers in the transaction on behalf of the seller, a joint venture between Westchester, Ill-based Tri-Land Developments, Inc. and an affiliate of Equity Group Investments.
