Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s investment sales team recently brokered the sale of Onalaska Marketplace in Onalaska, Wis.

The 25,961-square-foot community shopping center was purchased by a private investor.

Onalaska Marketplace is located at the northwest quadrant of Interstate-90 and State Road 16 in Onalaska. The center features national retailers such as Dollar Tree, Get It Now (Rent-A-Center), Great Clips, Coldstone Creamery, Sprint and Check ‘n Go. The center is shadow-anchored by Wal-Mart Supercenter, Home Depot and Toys ‘R’ Us.

Carly Gallagher and Ben Wineman of Mid-America Real Estate Corporation in cooperation with Dan Rosenfeld of Mid-America Real Estate – Wisconsin LLC were the exclusive brokers in the transaction on behalf of the seller, an affiliate of Northbrook, Ill.-based Pine Tree Commercial Realty, LLC.
