Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s investment sales team recently brokered the sale of the Stadium Center retail center located in Port Huron, Mich. Toronto-based Slate Retail REIT purchased the 92,365-square-foot center for $5.45 million.
Stadium Center is located on 24th Street between Griswold Street and Lapeer Avenue, and is anchored by Kroger.
Ben Wineman of Mid-America Real Estate Corporation in cooperation with Daniel Stern of Mid-America Real Estate – Michigan, Inc. were the exclusive brokers in the transaction on behalf of Cincinnati-based Phillips Edison.
