Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s Investment Sales team recently brokered the sale of the multi-tenant outlot building at Lawrence Commons in Indianapolis.
Indianapolis-based Providence Development purchased the 4,935-square-foot building.
Lawrence Commons is located at the northwest corner of Pendleton Pike (US-36) and Mitthoefer Road. The center has a mix of tenants including Jimmy John’s, Wok N Roll and Orange Leaf, and is shadow-anchored by LA Fitness and Family Dollar.
Carly Gallagher and Rick Drogosz of Mid-America Real Estate Corporation in cooperation with Mid-America Real Estate – Indiana LLC were the exclusive brokers in the transaction on behalf of the seller, Indianapolis-based Sitehawk Retail Real Estate.
