Bohl Farm Marketplace is located west of the northwest corner of Northwest Highway and Pingree Road in Crystal Lake. The subject portion that was sold totals 66,066 square feet, and is anchored by Fresh Thyme Farmers Market, Planet Fitness and Party City.
