Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s investment sales team recently brokered the sale of three different properties in Wisconsin on behalf of a private institutional investor. New York-based Time Equities purchased the three-property portfolio for $16.8 million.
The 110,855-square-foot Park Plaza is located at the northwest corner of Calumet Avenue and South 30th Street in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. The center is anchored by Hobby Lobby, and includes Family Dollar, Papa Murphy’s and Advance America.
Oak Creek Centre, located at in Oak Creek, Wisconsin, is anchored by TJ Maxx, Petco and Dollar Tree. The 95,042-square-foot property is located at the northwest corner of Howell Avenue and Puetz Road.
The 87,680-square-foot Taylor Heights Shopping Center, located in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, is anchored by Festival Foods. The grocery-anchored center is situated at the southeast corner of Erie Avenue and Taylor Drive.
