Mid-America Real Estate Corporation‘s Investment Sales team has brokered the sale of The Glen Town Center in Glenview, Ill. The 267,732-square-foot lifestyle center was purchased by Dallas-based Tabani Group.
The Glen Town Center is located at the southwest corner of West Lake Avenue and Patriot Boulevard just 20 minutes from downtown Chicago in the affluent North Shore suburb of Glenview.
The center is anchored by Dick’s Sporting Goods and Von Maur, separately owned, and is home to over 50 specialty shops and restaurants including Jos A. Bank, Yard House, Bravo! Cucina Italiana, and the Regal Glen 10 Movie Theatres, also separately owned.
Ben Wineman of Mid-America Real Estate Corporation was the exclusive broker in the transaction on behalf of the seller, Houston-based Situs Holdings, LLC.
