Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s Investment Sales Group recently brokered the sale of Randall Square in Geneva (Chicago MSA), Illinois. The 226,029-square-foot center was sold to Viking Partners.
Randall Square features a tenant line-up including Marshalls, Michaels, Ulta, Old Navy, PetSmart, Men’s Wearhouse, and more. The center serves an affluent customer base in the western suburbs of Chicago with over 113,000 residents within five miles featuring an average household income of $150,000.
Mid-America Real Estate Corporation Principals Joe Girardi, Rick Drogosz, and Ben Wineman were the exclusive brokers in the transaction on behalf of IRC Retail Centers/DRA Advisors. The property was managed by Pine Tree.
