Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s investment sales team recently brokered the sale of the 150,045-square-foot Matteson Center. The center was purchased by Phoenix-based Cole Credit Property Trust IV Inc. for approximately $19 million.
Matteson Center is located at the northwest corner of Lincoln Highway (U.S. 30) and Cicero Avenue in Matteson. The community shopping center is anchored by Marshalls, Sports Authority, Ross Dress for Less and PetSmart.
Ben Wineman and Joe Girardi of Mid-America Real Estate Corporation were the exclusive brokers in the transaction on behalf of the seller, New Hide Park, N. Y.-based Kimco Realty Corporation.
