Chicago-based Mid-America Real Estate Corporation added Chelsey Ginder as part of Mid-America’s single tenant net lease investment sales team. In her new position as vice president, Ginder will be specializing in generating and executing single tenant net lease investment sale assignments.
Prior to joining Mid-America, Ginder was vice president of multi-tenant retail, office and industrial acquisitions at the publicly traded VEREIT, as well as their predecessor companies ARC Properties and Cole Capital. In her 10 years there, she successfully closed over $1B in transactions throughout the United States with an emphasis on the Midwest and Western regions.
Ginder is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison where she earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in real estate and urban land economics. She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association.
