West Bloomfield, Mich.-based Mid-America Real Estate-Michigan, Inc. recently closed a 3,249-square-foot lease in College Parkat 6 Mile and Haggerty Roads in Livonia, Mich., bringing a new pancake restaurant to the retail center.
