Mid-America Real Estate-Michigan recently closed four leases for Pizza Hut in Michigan.
Adam Goodman of Mid-America Real Estate-Michigan represented the restaurant in all of the transactions, leases that totaled a combined 5,566 square feet.
The new Pizza Hut leases are located at the Wonderland Village retail center in Livonia, Mich.; a new development at 14 Mile and John R in Madison Heights, Mich; the Ferndale Avenue shoppes on Woodward Avenue in Ferndale, Mich.; and the Papa Joe’s center on Woodward Avenue in Birmingham, Mich.
