Mid-America Real Estate – Wisconsin’s asset management team now manages more than 2 million square feet of shopping centers throughout Wisconsin.
With the addition of the 216,091-square-foot Bayside Marketplace in Green Bay, Wis., and the 367,147-square-foot Memorial Hall in Sheboygan, Wis., to its portfolio, Mid-America is now the largest third-party retail property manager in Wisconsin.
Mid-America also manages Pick ‘n Save-anchored East Pointe Marketplace and The Shops of Grand Avenue in Milwaukee, and Mt. Pleasant Plaza and High Ridge Centre in Racine, Wis.
