To better serve retail real estate clients in the downtown Chicago market, the Oakbrook Terrace-based Mid-America Real Estate Corporation Urban Team recently opened a 4,000-square-foot branch office in the Tribune Tower at 435 N. Michigan Ave., Suite 2009, in downtown Chicago.
The move, which took place in September, places the eight-member urban team at this 20th floor office.
“We’re very excited to have an office at the historic Tribune Tower on Chicago’s premier retail street, the ‘Mag Mile,” says Mid-America principal and vice president Paul Bryant. “Mid-America has had a critical influence on city retail for the past 20 years, and it simply made sense to move our team of urban specialists to a dedicated space in the heart of the action.”
The move now gives the firm a presence in five locations: Oakbrook Terrace, Ill. (headquarters in suburban Chicago); downtown Chicago; Detroit; Milwaukee; and Minneapolis.
