Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s Investment Sales team recently brokered the sale of Derby Marketplace in Derby, Kansas.
The acquisition of the 100,000-square-foot shopping center was handled by Phoenix, Arizona-based VEREIT on behalf of Cole Credit Property Trust V, Inc.
Derby Marketplace is located at the northeast corner of 71st Street and Rock Road in Derby. The parcel that sold includes tenants Hobby Lobby, Ross, and TJ Maxx.
The remainder of the center is shadow anchored by Target and Dillons Marketplace.
Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s Principal Joe Girardi in cooperation with RH Johnson’s Vice President Eric Gonsher were the brokers in the transaction on behalf of the seller, a private developer.
