Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s Investment Sales team recently brokered the sale of North Point Shopping Center in Joplin, Missouri. The 155,416-square-foot shopping center was purchased by Beachwood, Ohio-based Chase Properties.
North Point Shopping Center is located at the northwest corner of East 7th Street and Range Line Road in Joplin. The center has a strong tenant mix of national retailers including Ross Dress for Less, Ashley Furniture, Pet Smart, Party City and Dollar Tree.
Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s Principals Ben Wineman in cooperation with Pace Properties Scott Seyfried were the brokers in the transaction on behalf of the seller, New Hyde Park, NY – based Kimco Realty Corporation.
