Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s investment sales team recently brokered the sale of the Marketplace at Delta Township retail center in Delta Township, Michigan, a western suburb of Lansing.
The 174,353-square-foot shopping center was purchased by Greenwood Village, Colo.-based GDA Real Estate Services.
The Marketplace at Delta Township is located at the southwest corner of I-69/96 and Saginaw Highway (M-43). The center is anchored by Michaels, PetSmart, Tractor Supply Co. and Ulta and shadow anchored by a separately owned Wal-Mart Superstore and Lowe’s Home Improvement Store.
Ben Wineman and Carly Gallagher of Mid-America Real Estate Corporation, in cooperation with Daniel Stern of Mid-America-Michigan, Inc. were the exclusive brokers in the transaction on behalf of the seller, a public REIT.
