Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s investment sales team recently brokered the sale of Gaines Marketplace in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The 60,576-square-foot shopping center was purchased by Beachwood, Ohio-based Mid-America Management Corporation.
Gaines Marketplace is located at the southeast corner of M-6 and Kalamazoo Avenue SE in the Grand Rapids Suburb of Gaines Township. The center is anchored by Staples and has a strong tenant lineup including Maurices, Applebee’s, Panera Bread and Logan’s Roadhouse.
Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s Principal Ben Wineman and Investment Broker Carly Gallagher were the exclusive brokers in the transaction on behalf of the seller, Farmington Hills, Mich.-based Ramco-Gershenson.
